FAQS

Find the Answers to any Questions you may have

WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

My fitness programmes can be designed around the equipment you have. If you're looking to achieve results, it comes down to the effort you put in, rather than the equipment you have. If you want to invest in equipment, i'd recommend a range of kettlebells, dumbbells and resistance bands. Bodyweight workouts can be incredibly effective but having some equipment will give us a wider range of exercises to perform.

WHAT NUTRITION GUIDANCE DO YOU OFFER?

Personal Trainers are not qualified to prescribe diets unless a qualified/registered dietitian. Many PT's will prescribe meal plans which may not fit your lifestyle. I will give guidance which will help you to track your calories, as calorie targets will help you to achieve any weight loss/gain. Having foods that you want to eat, that fit within your calorie target, is an essential part of maintaining a sustainable and achievable diet.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR TRAINER AT A GYM?

I have been training people for over 11 years and I believe that my training methods are effective and efficient, meaning you'll get results without having to put in several hours a day. You'll get fun workouts which are designed to suit your goals and fitness likes/dislikes.

WHAT SORT OF RESULTS DO YOU ACHIEVE WITH YOUR CLIENTS?

Results vary - I have some clients who aim to lose weight, gain fitness or to build muscle. All of my clients who apply themselves and follow everything which is asked, achieve their fitness goals. Personal Training is a great way to have accountability and build a relationship with someone who has your best interests in mind.
